I took both of my girls, Pearl and Ivory there for grooming for the first time and they look great!!! The staff was very friendly and the prices are comparative with the larger pet stores in the area. I have to admit I was a little worried because the business was in the back of a home but once I got inside I could see the set up was fine and felt comfortable leaving my girls there. Will definitely be a long term customer.
They take great care of your pet Kingston wasn't afraid and shaking when I came to pick him up and he looked and smelled GREAT!

I almost couldn`t wait to get home to leave this review! If you are like me and terrified to leave your pet in someone elses care, let me help you rest assured about this groomer. I have a 6 year old Persian that was abandoned and lived on the streets for a long time. I adopted her when a friend sent me a pic of her covered in fleas & fully matted. After extensive medical treatment and back to good health, we started noticing how high-maintenance this cat was. She has some neurological damage, I suspect from abuse, she ducks & dodges like someone is going to hit her even when no one is near. It breaks my heart. So I was more than afraid of her being petrified with this experience. She has allergies, her eyes have to be cleaned twice a day with saline & her hair grows so fast, she`s unable to keep herself clean, nor do I have any luck brushing her. She stays matted. Her coat was out of control. After days of talking with members in my community & reading online reviews, I hesitantly called Pet Care Extraordinaire. I made an appointment & was nervous for days until the day when I finally took her there & explained how important her safety was to me, even if it ended with an unsuccessful groom, I was still willing to pay because they tried, but most importantly, please keep her calm & safe. They agreed & completely understood. I left her there & went home and tried to nap, needless to say I was unable to, due to worry. A little over an hour passed & they called to come pick her up, she was all done. When I got there, the groomer took the time to remove Peanut from her cage again & show to me where one of her nails had grown backwards into the pad of her foot, and they took the time to remove that and clean the wound. I would have never known had this groomer not cared enough and been so meticulous. Peanut was calm, wasn`t whining, or shaking, didn`t hiss at the groomer when she reached inside to pull her out. Yes, I watch everything, I`m THAT Mom, lol I just wanted to say thank you more than you know for taking such good care of my baby, and bringing me some peace of mind to know she has a groomer that I can trust, and will definitely be using again. Wonderful job, do yourself a favor and visit this groomer with your kitty babies, I know there are many more out there just like me ;) The name of the groomer was Melissa - so a great big thank you to Melissa & Pet Care Extraordinaire. Sadly I am back to edit. The lady who did the cat grooming has left and I didn't feel comfortable as she was the one that usually took care of my kitty. Pet care is highly recommended so I hope they hire anothet kitty groomer soon.
