You would be better off just picking up the food yourself and no matter what CHECK YOUR ORDER.
I have been a big fan of Olympia even before they started to become really popular. Always a really nice atmosphere when we go to eat, its clean, and the food is always good. The employees are friendly and attentive. The reason I bumped them down 2 stars is because lately they have been slacking. We have ordered a few times in the past couple of months and I'm always missing something, usually, an order of fries. While this may not seem like a big deal - when you call and tell them.. its like a 40 minute wait for an order of fries. Keep in mind, they are literally right up the street from me so why does it take 40 minutes? I always debate to order from there now because of it. One time is okay but its every single time I order lately. Will always stop in to eat but wont order as much anymore.
I ordered the gyro platter with a couple of modifications (nothing major, was charged for modification). Food came on time and I left the driver a good tip. However, my order was wrong. I was missing curly fries & extra sauce that they charged extra for. I call back and explain the problem to the most unfriendly woman on the phone.
She said they were sending the delivery driver back out with my food....its been 45 mins already and still no food.
That’s 20 dollars I’ll never get back. Dumped the water of crab in the toilet where it belonged.
The food is great. Service needs work.
The indian food is AMAZING. Delivery and ordering online can be hit or miss... Several times we've been missing drinks or desserts, and the website will allow you to order breakfast when they don't actually serve it. But these are small annoyances compared to how phenomenal the food is. Garlic naan and palak paneer are my favs. Many spice levels to choose.
the mozzarella sticks I got were damn near cold.
I have been buying subs from there for 13 years up until they changed management and the menu and the quality of the subs is not as good as in the past. I recently bought and Italian cold cut, went home and took a couple of bites and realized there was NO salami, NO Italian dressing, and they used American Cheese instead of the usual provolone cheese.
This is my third media outlet I’ll be writing this review on. Sorry guys but this place had horrible food. I’ll if the chef has seafood experience or what but I got the cream of crab and it was more water then cream...
