I wouldn't take my dog there to eat. Place is filthy dirty saw multiple rodents while waiting for my food. Staff is rude and they had a child prepare my fried rice. Like a 7 year old.
I've ordered from this place multiple times, usually for the lunch special, cause they're located really close to me, but this is the last time. After having my food delivered I called them to tell them the apple slushee with jelly they brought me has no jelly. The jerk on the other line tried to mansplain to me about the difference between fruit jelly and boba and after cutting him off to tell him I'm aware of the difference and that my slushee had neither of those things in it, he proceeds to tell me that he saw it made and it's correct. He repeatedly told me "it's on the bottom," like I'm stupid and have never ordered a drink like this before. Insulting. Terrible customer service. I'm sitting here looking at the drink, drinking it, pouring it into another cup and there's literally nothing but slushee. He kept cutting me off, speaking over me, and otherwise being completely rude. Oh, and this isn't the first time this exact error has been made by them when I've ordered there. Never again.
My food was delivered to me , it was so quick, i was very surprised. I ordered the shrimp and broccoli combination platter , which comes with a egg roll and pork fried rice. It was very good! Hot and perfect ! I would’ve gave them 5 stars but they forgot to give me utensils
When I first went here it was great, a friend owned it and all was well. Recently ownership changed and I went to get some Chinese and the cooks were cooking in ankle deep water. The main part was getting wet as a result of poor maintenance after they had bought the restaurant.
One of the best take outs I have been too. The food and staff are pretty okay to me dust far. It could also be because I get the same two orders alternated. at different times but anyway I did notice one thing even if you call in the order for pick up, they don’t start making it till you arrive.But on the phone they will say 10mins on the phone.
