Great customer service in the appliance department. Ordered refrigerator never received and canceled delivery due to lack of keeping customer informed and delivery never showed up on scheduled delivery day no show or call too customer. That's why I changed my review and gave only two stars. Also frig sat at store since 8/24/17. Delivery date was set for 8/28/17 from 3pm to 5 pm which they never showed or called.
Looking for decorative metal screens. Employee could not spell either of the first two words! I had to walk out without even finding out if they had what I was looking for.
Wow! This was not a good look for Lowe's!!!
Our experience was an excellent one. Young lady was very knowledgeable and congenial. Answered all questions and made us feel quite comfortable.
Staff was very helpful. My merchandise return was no problem. When asking another staff member was asked the location of a product he walked me to that product and helped me make the appropriate choice. He did NOT just tell me where to look. That kind of service is unusual these days.
