Don't buy from this store chain! I promise you will regret it. We bought a mattress from them on April 1st (today is the 4th) at the Parkville store. The mattress came wrapped in plastic and everything but it is obviously used. The mattress has the worse smell you can imagine. It smelled like it was in a fire or like it was in a place where they do nothing but smoke. It really just smells like it was taken out of a dumpster. I am not exagerating. On top of that, the mattress is already falling apart. Plus, it feels awful when we lay on it. This is obviously a used mattress that was re-wrapped. If this is in fact a new mattress, God help us. The prices are cheap, we only paid $200 for a full size and $50 for delivery. I'm getting ready to just throw it in the trash. I'm not even going to try and call them because they don't do returns and I def don't want another anything from this place. In short, stay away from JMD. They sell garbage! I'm given them 1 star only because I can't rate and give no stars, which is what they deserve.

The staff gave me and other customers enough time.I asked so many questions about thier products and all of them were willing to provide explanations and even advice on product types, pricing and financing options. Products are reasonably priced. They have enough parking space.
