Awesome cabinets! Went there, she was super busy and told us to leave the layout and she would call us. I wanted to go over things so we hung out and waited. She is a little abrasive but that is just her personality. She was super helpful and funny once you started talking to her. The cabinets were awesome and am headed there today to get my granite. The prices are unbeatable. No, she isnt going to cater to you like home depot, but she is straight and to the point but you get exactly what you want for a better price. I got her name from some builders I know and have referred a ton of people to her. Will definitely use her again.
The worse customer service I've ever encountered in my life so disrespectful..
Went in to look at some granite for our kitchen and bathroom. Walked around the store with my wife and daughter for about 15 minutes, and we were completely ignored. There was another customer being helped but they could have at least acknowledged that we were there. A second employee (not engaged with a customer) walked right past us like we weren't even there. Not a word even as we walked out. I will not be going back.

Walked in to purchase granite for project on Chesmont. Salesperson didn't acknowledge us. After waiting for approximately 5 minutes for her to approach us we asked "are you going to help us"? At which time she said "what you need, are you homeowner"? We responded we are home owners and we own a renovation company. She never got out of her chair and responded, "we deal with builder".
