I dropped my car off this morning. I stood in the man's face and asked if I need anything extra and how much it's gonna cost me and he told me I was fine no extra charges. Now I come to pick up my car and it's an extra $180 for putting the starter in. That was not explained to me when I dropped it off. Now they are trying to act like I am the one who misunderstood and it's my fault. He also stated that he wrote what I needed on my paperwork before I signed and says"we can look at the camera" I said let's look at it and he changed the subject. I'm not stupid nor am I incompetent, you didn't say anything about extra charges. I dropped my car off 9 and came to pick it up at 3:15 and it's 3:52 and the starter has been removed and ready to go. So why does it take so long to install it? I won't come here EVER AGAIN!!!
I had my portable GPS hard wired and a compatible back-up camera installed in my F-150 pickup. Did professional job and works flawlessly. Highly recommend.
My future husband takes and has taken all of his vehicles to this sad sad business for years!!! Spending well over $20,000 here, but I will only speak on what I've witnessed myself!!! Sorry customer service from any and everyone that works there, $1,000 to install a system in less than a year we have been back 4 times for a multitude of different thins that have went wrong, but my fiancé insists on going here, today we dropped our car off for the third time in one week, because they couldn't fix or do anything right the first 3 times , dropped the car off at 12 it's 5:30 and still have not received a call saying my cars done! I called at 3 and was told they haven't even looked at it yet!!! Once this work is done , I don't care what my husband says we will NEVER go back there again, just because a place used to be good doesn't mean they stay that way
Had a 9:00 am appt. They had told me it would take up to 4 hours on the phone. Told them I would return at 2:30 as that was the only time I could get a ride. They did not have the part in stock. Had to call another store.He told me it would be later than 2:30 since they had to get the remote start from another store. Went back at 2:30 when I told them I had a ride. When I walked in the store, the clerk asked me what I was doing back and I told him that was the only time I could get a ride back and I was planning on waiting in the waiting room. He told me they had not even gotten the part much less started on it. He was rude and told me that I should have called first. I said I couldn't believe they had not even gotten the part transferred 4 1/2 hours later especially since they said it would take about 4 hours to install. He then told me I had been 5th in line even though I found out they only had 3 techs and I had a 9:00 am appt. I showed up at exactly 9:00 a.m. As a business owner, I can tell you the employee was rude. He told me to take my business elsewhere if I didn't want them to do the installation. I didn't expect the car to be ready, but I didn't expect a lecture from an employee for getting there early. Would have taken my business elsewhere if I hadn't gone to so much trouble scheduling the appointment.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Once they get your money they don't care about any problems your having with their products or installation. My advice is find another place for your electronic needs. I made the $600 mistake. Hopefully you won't.
