Everything is great. Except the extra $10 charge to extend the contract.
Had a reservation and a confirmation number for a rental car. Arrived 45 minutes early, 10 minutes before close employee told me to call another location to find a vehicle because this one didn't have any cars for me. Employee changed his reasoning for what was wrong countless times from that they had no reservation for me, the company canceled my reservation to he canceled my reservation. No one called to inform me that there was no car for me giving me no time to find another vehicle elsewhere. Talked with manager on the phone and she was rude and insulting. No one wanted to take accountability for me leaving without a car. Will not be returning and will make sure I tell people to check other options instead of this company.
I wish i could give zero stars. The Service was terrible. The attendant as rude throughout the whole transaction.At one point he told me I could not speak to his manager and when i did she was just as unhelpful. After having to cancel one reservation(that we made two weeks prior online) and make another one, the car he gave us was a 2 door, when we had requested a 4 door car. He told me he could not give us a complimentary upgrade because technically we were getting the class of car we had requested. however, when we booked online there was never any mention of 2 door cars being an option in the class. We I explained this, he simply repeated himself. Because we canceled the reservation after paying, we cannot get our money back for 3-5 business days (this happened on a Saturday). When i called corporate to complain, they were just as unhelpful. The rep told me the same line about not being able to get a complimentary upgrade. Though he did say that it could have been done at the discretion of the manager. SO now we know Christopher and Judy were just being petty.I will never do business w this company again and I urge you not to as well.
DO NOT RENT HERE, they canceled my reservation because "truck wasn't available" the night before my move, saying "we can have the truck tomorrow night for you".. Well, that doesn't help. Only had 2 weeks to confirm. Never again. Filed complaint with consumer affairs. Totally unprofessional
