Great experience. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Tyler, Jason and another individual whose name I cannot remember were courteous and helped me get to the price point I was looking for. Tyler drove to a different dealership to get the car in my preferred color while I did the process. The dealership was closing by the time I left with the car, but they offered to walk me through the process and even washed the car a second time to compensate for the first visit.
Recently traveled from CT to purchase a new Dodge Ram from Heritage Dodge. They had what we were looking for! Brian Perry gave us a great price and searched for all the rebates that would apply to us. He always answered my calls and questions. Being far away can be difficult however he made it painless. He made us feel very comfortable when we arrived and the whole process went smoothly. Went into Heritage to just see pricing on Jeep Wranglers and what they had in stock at the lot...ended up driving out a couple hours later with a brand new 2018 Jeep Wrangler. Definitely a pinch me moment. Brian Perry worked extremely hard, along with the rest of the Heritage staff, to provide the absolute best deal for my first car. I was shopping for a specific used Jeep Grand Cherokee and happened to find the perfect vehicle at Heritage Jeep Parkville. It had all the features I wanted, in the color I wanted, and the mileage and price were great. I contacted the used dealership on a Saturday to confirm the vehicle was still available and Herb Randolph called me right away. I looked at the car on Monday and drove it home on Wednesday. The process was incredibly smooth and Herb's customer service was excellent. I was able to trade in my old Jeep at good value. Herb even rescued an old favorite CD that was left behind in the old Jeep! Post-sale, I'm continuing to work with Herb on installing a sunroof (the only feature the car was missing), which we worked out in the final price. Overall, I can't say enough good things about Heritage Jeep Parkville, and Herb specifically. I highly recommend their business for both new and used car sales!
I took my Pacifica in for an issue related to the radio & touch screen. On both occasions Dave Phelps helped me and provided excellent service. He was very professional, caring & efficient. He made sure my issue was resolved and that I got my car back in a timely fashion. He also made sure I had a ride to work & called the shuttle for me. Also, Steve was the technician who fixed the issue. He was able to perform the service quickly & also did a great job to fix the problem. Overall I had a very good experience & was well taken care of the entire time. I would definitely return for service at Heritage Chrysler!
