It's as if the manager of this store likes ruining people's happiness.
Why couldn't they have been nice, reasonable, professional.
I recently went to purchase a 2017 explorer. The salesperson was very helpful. Had the exact car with all the options I wanted. And the finance department was helpful as well. Neil took the time to personally call me and make sure I got the best deal. I highly recommend Bob Davidson to anyone looking for a new car. Ask for Austin or Neil, they will do their best to help any customer.
If you want good customer service avoid this dealership like the plague.
I recently took my truck in for a simple oil change and to have them check a steering issue and left with a $3500 bill! To top it all off the sound from my truck that I took it in for they couldn't figure out what was causing it even after spending $3500. The service manager I was dealing with recommended I get "The Works." What a complete joke and waste of money that was. After I got my truck back I was driving on the highway during a snow event and went to clean my windshield only to discover that there was no windshield washer fluid in the reservoir. Keep in mind, part of "The Works" is the topping off of all fluids. So I had to drive down the highway with a salt-smeared wind shield. I dropped my truck off on a Wednesday and didn't get it back until the following Monday. The worst part about this experience was the customer service. Absolutely horrible customer service. I never got any updates or anything from Bob Davidson while my truck was there. I had to reach out to them to find out what was going on often waiting 4 or 5 hours to hear back from them if I got called back at all. Needless to say this experience was the tipping point. We have been taking our company trucks here for years, but not anymore. This was the last time we ever have any service done on any of our trucks there. Taking a truck in for an oil change and getting hit with a $3500 bill is outrageous.
The owners of this company need to evaluate the manager that caused this mess.
I have been in the market for a new van over a year. Between my hardwood floor business and family, I put off visiting a dealership because I do not have a second to spare! I put a request online for some vehicle info. I was contacted by two dealerships. One gave me a price ( KOONS ) that I would never actually get. Rodger ( commercial sales ) gave me realistic expectations about my purchase. I couldn't be happier with the buying experience at BOB DAVIDSON. Also, Kaye, his assistant did a wonderful job. Start to finish was about 1 hour at the dealership! Smooth!!
This was the most incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional situation in my life.

I gave them 3 stars because I ended up buying the car only because my father liked it and he is a Christian.
I took my car in because my car would jerk and stutter when I would accelerate. The dealership was very helpful and was able to fix it. The only thing is that it had to be kept overnight, which was fine, but they didn’t have any rental cars so I had to adjust. But besides that, the customer service was great and Cynthia was VERY helpful!
This is when something awful happened. The sales manager came after our sales guy and threw him off their property.
Well where do I start? My father and I test drove a Rav 4 V6 at another dealer. Not a bad car. We came here and I test drove a Ford Escape. My father and I agreed that this was probably the best value for the money.
The manager was then acting weird.
