I attended a fundraising event at Tall Cedars Hall. I couldn't find a parking spot. The parking lot is small, run down and in bad shape. The shopping center itself is old and shabby. Both have seen better days; they could certainly benefit functionally and aesthetically from a remodel.
The snowball stand at the corner has the best snowballs around but you might wait awhile to get them. MacAvoy has some good crabs and Keno. Tall Cedars has some amatuer wrestling a couple times a year which is always a good entertainment.
Has good stuff. Not the beat or worst. It's a shopping center, so you get what they have in the stores here.

Side note & nothing to do w/shopping center: Google maps states that the location is on the right side (coming from Bel Air Rd). This is incorrect; it is on the left.
