I went to renew my driver's licence. I got there just before 9 am on a Wednesday. Everyone I encountered was very polite. It wasn't crowded at all. I was finished and getting back in my car in about 20 minutes. Thanks!! I was dreading the typical DMV experience but this place wasn't bad at all.

Excellent customer service, friendly staff, and quick service!

Been sitting here for 3 hours. Still here actually. Came to turn in some plates and renew my license. Was told that after i turned in my plates keep my ticketed number and it will be called. 3 hours later and im still waiting. "Express" my ass! There are ppl walking in and being seen and leaving. I tried to inquire about this process and was treated as if Im a problem and was told to have a seat my number will be called. The same gentleman that dismissed my inquiry i watched him allow a woman with a walker to walk right up to a counter get serviced and leave....now im all for respecting my elders and being courteous to the handicapped but now i know the next time i come here to bring a walker or cane or maybe a crutch and i wont end up at the EXPRESS MVA FOR 3 HOURS......

I went for a license renewal and I got there on a Saturday morning about 5 minutes before opening and there were about 50 people in line in front of me. Took a total of about 50 minutes from the time I parked until the time I drove away. Lines seem to be reasonably managed. Feel lucky it didn't take longer.

My purpose for going here was to convert my Provisional License to the Full drivers license via a letter that the MVA wrote me to congratulate me about it, along with "renewing my license" to quote the women who was assisting me. Yesterday I got there 5 minutes before 8:30am and waited in a line outside. Which is typical here because people have work and other activities. When 8:30am came by, people flooded the room and a massive line formed. The women with a suit came out and greeted everyone, which was nice. Then there is a man that will help anyone by the kiosk, he was nice as well. There was 2 people by the service desk then a 3rd employee came out and helped those waiting in line. She came to me and I told her why I was here. She got me a ticket instantly then went to take a seat. That was cool because I skipped past 5 people ahead of me. I was ticket G3 and it was about a 10 minute wait before I was called. The women who handled my renewal didn't seem to care about her job. When she asked for my documents, and took a look at it, she looked upset and shaking her head while typing on the screen. As if she was frustrated at me or the computer. Then there was another thick women walking behind the counters and she stared at her computer of what she was typing then she was writing something down on her clipboard. Which I thought that was strange and I didn't bother to question it. After the renewal process, the best thing I heard her say was "Have a nice day sir" in a quiet tone. I thanked her for the process and left. I was very patient with her and didn't understand why she was frustrated. Then again, it was the morning time and people can be cranky. I'm thankful that there was a MVA Express near my location and didn't have to go to the full service MVA. All and all, it was a quick renewal and took a total of 30 minutes. Which was not bad. I cannot comment about the other employees working at the counters, but if you all get this women, beware.

While writing this i went back to the information desk....again to inquire about my number and wouldn't you know it, the woman who was supposed to switch me over to the renewal department never did! Thanks a lot MVA for a waste of time!!!!! It might as well be torn down and replaced with a Chipotle!!!!!
