Anyone writing a bad review on this company is a fool. My wife and I worked with Cliff and had a great experience. Insurance isn't always the easiest thing to talk about, but Cliff made everything easy to understand, and in turn my wife and I had a very pleasurable experience (never thought I would say that about insurance). I'd give this 6 stars if it was an option.
I don't know what the bad reviews are for but these people are awesome. Especially Michael Doyle. We switched all our insurance policies (home, cars, and motorcycle) to them and got a lot better rate for even better coverage. We have also switched our car loan to them and saved money and decided to finally get life insurance for me and my wife. Michael took 2 hours out of his day on the phone to talk me through everything initially and then met us at our house to go over paperwork and discuss life insurance. He didn't rush us and took his time even though it was late at night. The customer service was by far the best I have ever had and look forward to working with them for the foreseeable future.
They work with you sometimes I give them that but the lack of communication to there other staff members no way. I just recently tried to make a payment and was told two different dates. Of course there was no way to trace the evidence they said so as many times as I called no one put anything in my notes. I have two cars and renters insurance and I was trying to get full coverage on one of my vehicles it took almost to another date date and more to get it changed. So I finally get it changed and wanted to call on Sat Dec 9th when I call at 1:39 the office is closed but shows it closes at 2pm. What's the deal with that. Im supposed to have a automatic payment due either Monday or Thursday couldn't remember so I figured I'd just call my office. I am a little short didn't want my card draft into negative. It almost feels like someone wanted to stall me so that I couldn't make an arrangement. Now I may be facing a lapse of insurance from being told two different dates 11-17-17 and 11-20-17 . Maybe even a insufficient funds fee for over drafting thanks a lot. Not too mention I read the reviews and the people weren't lying. No one ever calls you back and say if a deadline was the next day and they promise to call you before the office closes they never do. So you call the next day or you let a day or two pass no one calls and says "hey I have the info you wanted ". Another thing the person you talked to the day before is almost never there the next day and the next agent can't never seem to find the notes from the previous person. Agent after agent promised me they could look into the miscommunication of the dates. I allowed a couple days pass to see what would happen. Then I call and a guy gets on the phone sounded like the boss. He says and I quote " the date says the 17th not the 20th maybe you misheard but basically you can hope you don't get a lapse letter in the mail but there's no recorded line or records so it's on you". I say OK well why was I told by agents they could look into it everything u basically got a bunch of bs and now may have to deal with sum problems from all of this. When you call and they don't wanna answer your question that you keep asking or they don't really have a answer. Guess what the phone magically goes off the hook or you start getting directed to the main state farm. I came from a mom and pop insurance company. I switched thinking a worldwide company would be top notch and more professional handling business. I am a regular person like every other tax paying human being. Me or other people don't just have money to throw around. We the people entrust you guys with our money and need to know information this has to get better. State farm is a great insurance company my rates are great but I go though all this is a bit much.
Recently switched my insurance from geico. Saved a lot of money and got the coverage I needed. Everyone in the office was very professional and helpful. They really went out of there way to help me understand the whole life insurance policy. Jason has a great team! Thanks!!!
My family and I have been insured with Jason 's office for many years now. Going from young newlyweds to a family of 5, they have been there to help us through all of our insurance needs. As of late we have been dealing directly with Cliff, who has been awesome. Always available for whatever questions or concerns we have. Very knowledgeable and hard working. Thanks so much guys!
