I had the best experience at Professional Vision! I've never needed glasses before but I had noticed a difference in my vision. Megan at the front desk was able to schedule me an appointment for an eye exam the same day and she called my insurance to verify my benefits. Dr. Brannon was very thorough and explained everything to me, including the fact that I now need glasses. Sam helped me pick out the best frames for me and walked me through my insurance benefits and what options were available to me (as far as lens coatings and payment options, etc.). Everyone was so polite and friendly; I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family!
Hands down the best eye visit I have ever had. Great service, friendly and attentive staff, most comfortable contacts I've worn. They even beat online prices for my lenses (required a mail in rebate) and measured my pd so I could order glasses online.
10/10 will never go anywhere else.
Very good customer service and care. This has been the first vision care center that I've went to where the eye doctors actually care. Comfortable lounge, pleasant staff, pleasant experience. Also, I've never been given a prescription like the one that I've received yesterday. Funny thing is that it's nearly the opposite of the one I've been wearing. With all of the amenities and extras in addition to the actual eye appointment, I'm certain it'll make a huge difference. I'll definitely be returning to this center in the future. Very professional and courteous.
All of the staff was professional, friendly, and very helpful. The Optometrist was very thorough and the whole experience was easy and pleasant. I will be using this practice exclusively from now on.
