Customer service is horrendous. If I were the manager I would fire them all.
Kmart is the best for lay a way during all the holidays. Not to many stores have lay a way. I also love Kmart and I do not want to see it leave at any time. It has good prices and pleasant employees. More people need to stand up for Kmart stores.

Terrible, one register open during Christmas season. Never again will I shop at cheap store that cares nothing about service for unfortnate customers.
The store is filthy. The shelves are a wreck. Merchandise is thrown all over the place. The customer service is lacking. The employees outright ignore you and stand around talking. Do yourselves a favor. Never go to this Kmart. We waited in line for 10 minutes and no other cashier was called up. I will never go back.
