My teller was super rude and was very adamant on me acknowledging her saying “how are you doing?” Obviously she was saying that because it was required rather than being courteous.
Long wait because employees were talking with eachother.
The Worst bank of America I have been to. How do you have only one teller on a Monday morning. Ridiculous!

Friday at 4pm and a long line with one teller open. Seeing people walk around is irritating. The teller next to the open one is dealing with something but needs to stop and help the one actually good teller.
